Be reachable on a number of your own
People call your Talkala number from their regular phone, and you answer in your browser. Give numbers useful labels so an incoming call makes clear which number the caller reached.
Receiving must be set up and enabled for the number. Keep Talkala open and online with microphone access ready. Before you answer, your available credit must cover at least three minutes at the number's incoming rate. The monthly number fee and connected-call charges are separate.
- Open My Numbers, choose Buy a Number and review the number and monthly fee.
- Open the purchased number's details and turn on Receive calls when setup is available.
- Keep the app open and online. When the call arrives, check the caller and receiving number, then choose Answer.
