How to dial the Philippines from the UAE
Through a phone provider: 00 63 + destination number. On a mobile phone, +63 can replace 00 63.
Mobile numbers: After +63, use the 10-digit mobile number beginning with 9. Leave out the domestic opening 0; no landline area code is needed.
Landlines: After +63, use the area code without its domestic opening 0, then the subscriber number. Metro Manila uses 2 + an eight-digit subscriber number; other areas have their own codes and number lengths.
Domestic prefix: Remove the domestic opening 0 before the mobile number or landline area code. Keep zeros inside the number. If the number already starts with +63, do not add 63 again.
