Is there a monthly fee?

No monthly workspace subscription. When you create a team, you add shared Team Credit starting at $150. Calls and inbound SMS use that balance, while optional team-owned numbers renew separately.

Is there a per-seat workspace fee?

No. Adding teammates does not add a monthly seat charge. Calls and inbound SMS use shared Team Credit, and optional team-owned numbers renew separately.

Can personal and team credit mix on one call?

No. Team calls draw from the team balance only. Personal wallet credit, personal caller IDs, and the personal free first minute stay on personal calls.

How do teammate invites work?

Owners and admins invite by email. The invite only works for that same email address, so access stays tied to the right person.

Can we use this as our company phone system?

Talkala for Teams is built for shared outbound international calling, team numbers, inbound SMS, and call records. It does not replace a full office phone platform with extensions, hold queues, or contact-center software.

Can we run inbound support calls on Talkala for Teams?

No. Talkala for Teams is for placing outbound international calls from the browser, not for running an inbound call center or support queue.

Can we send SMS from Talkala for Teams?

Team-owned numbers can receive SMS in the workspace. Outbound SMS from Talkala is not supported.
