Reach your bank while you are abroad
A declined card or account question may need a phone conversation with your bank. Use the bank's published international contact number and call its regular phone from your browser.
Check the rate, add enough calling credit and allow microphone access before you call. Domestic toll-free or short numbers may not be reachable from abroad, so look for the bank's full international number. Your bank still handles its own identity checks.
